About Myself

Hey, I’m Inayat Akhi
Plant lover, occasional overwaterer, and creator of Indoor‑Plants

My indoor plant journey started with one lonely pothos on a windowsill—and somehow, that one little plant turned into a home full of green, growing things.

I’m not a botanist or some fancy “plantfluencer.” I’m just someone who finds a quiet kind of joy in watching plants do their thing—grow, change, surprise you.

I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way (RIP to a few crispy ferns), but over time, I’ve figured out what works—and what definitely doesn’t.

Now I share it all here on Indoor‑Plants, hoping it makes your plant journey a little easier, a little more fun, and a lot less intimidating.

When I’m not fussing over my monstera or mixing up random DIY fertilizers, I’m probably rearranging pots (again), snapping photos of fresh new leaves, or getting “lost” at the garden center for way too long.

So glad you dropped by. Here’s to green things, messy shelves, and figuring it out as we grow.
